Dr Rajeev Rajagopal is a New Zealand-trained Haematologist and has been working as a Consultant Haematologist at Middlemore Hospital since 2012. He also works in private at Mercy Specialist Centre and Auckland Oncology.
Rajeev completed MBBS in India in 1999 and moved to New Zealand in 2006. His haematology specialist training was at Christchurch Hospital and Palmerston North Hospital - he completed FRACP and FRCPA in 2012.
Rajeev takes an active role in clinical trials and is a principal investigator in a number of trials in myeloma, lymphoma, acute myeloid leukaemia in the elderly, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome and ITP.
